Fall Days....

Wow, I can't believe how time flies! Just the other day we were playing in leaves and now it's getting really cold out..

But that only means SNOW pictures! Mason was to little last year to play in the snow, but this year he will be great!

Wow, lots of catching up to do....

Catching Up!

Well it's been awhile since I posted!

We have upgraded from crib to toddler bed! Mason is doing great with it! We have been using the Teach My Toddler kit, he likes the First Words set the best! Knows almost all the words when we ask what they are, but still calls the truck and car too. LOL

Mason knows alot of body parts! He is super excited to say and point to his nose, eyes, ears, teeth, hair and toes!

I gotta take a video of him learning to jump, it's the cutest thing!

Teach my Baby

Well I found something for my Toddler! Yep, it's called Teach my Baby by Christy Cook. I choose the Teach my Baby for 6-18 months old. Mason is only 16 months and I thought the Teach my Toddler would be alittle to much right now - We will get that one when he turns 2. 

So I ordered the Teach My Baby and it's on it's way to my home! I can't wait to get it!

Right now, Mason is really good at pointing at his eyes, nose, ear and mouth when asked where they are! So I think this will help out alot more!

Operation Day 1 - Binky Removal

Don't know if I'm ready for this or not....

Mason isn't one of those kids who walk around with his binky all day, but he does feel he needs it at nap and bed times. Plus he's getting alot of teeth now and starting to talk more, and don't want a Binky to interfere with those things.

I looked up lot of ideas online and seen this site: Bye-Bye-Binky.com

So today I took only 2 of this pacifiers and poked several small holes into them, and at nap time this morning, he was so funny! He could not figure out what was wrong with them. He never cried and fell asleep peacefully even though the pacifier was alittle different.

Just hope the rest of the week goes as smoothly!
